House of Representatives Candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) for Ilorin East and South Federal Constituency in 2027 general elections, Engr Abdulquawiy Olododo, has paid a glowing tribute to the late wife of the late Imam of Olesin Compound, Okelele Area in Ilorin East Local Government Area of Kwara State, Hajia Hadizah Issah Olesin.
Olododo described the deceased as a virtuous matriarch whose passing remains a great loss to the family and the Okelele community.
He stated this when he paid a condolence visit to Olesin family in Ilorin on Wednesday.
The current Imam of Olesin Compound, Sheikh Nurudeen Bashar, received the Green Chamber’s Hopeful on behalf of the family.
Olododo, a former Commissioner for Works in the state, during the visit, expressed his heartfelt condolences to the bereaved family.
He prayed to the Almighty Allah to forgive her shortcomings, grant her Al-Jannatul Firdaus, and give the family the strength and fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loss.
The Imam of Olesin, on his part, appreciated Olododo, for remembering and identifying with the family during their period of mourning.
The cleric prayed for Allah’s continued guidance, wisdom, strength, and success for the APC candidate in his political journey and his aspiration to represent Ilorin East/South Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives.
Hajia Hadizah Issah Olesin died recently and had since been buried in line with Islamic injunctions.
