The 2027 governorship candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kwara State, Engr Yakubu Danladi Salihu, has met with the Minister of Youth Development, Ayodele Olawande.
He visited the Minister in Abuja on Friday with discussion focusing on advancement of youth inclusion in governance.
It was learnt that the conversation between Salihu, who is the Speaker of the state House of Assembly, and Olawande also centred on youth empowerment among others.
A statement made available to Wind Gate News indicated that the meeting between the two top government officials was fruitful.
It would be recalled that the Speaker of the state House of Assembly, shortly after his emergence as APC gubernatorial flag-bearer, had embarked on a number of visitations to prominent stakeholders in the state.
Salihu had met with top traditional and community chiefs and as well as religious leaders to familiarize himself with them.
