A former Vice-Chancellor of the University of Ilorin, Professor AbdulGaniyu Ambali, is dead.
He reportedly died in the early hours of today (Saturday).
Ambali, the 9th vice-chancellor of the University of Ilorin, served as Chairman and Pro-Chancellor of Kwara State University, Malete before his passing.
Family source said the burial arrangements for the Professor of Veterinary Medicine would be announced later.
